Prism Machinery Ltd. offers two levels of service to the Metal Spinning Industry.
Job shops typically have a sound understanding of the spinning process. Prism Machinery Ltd. offers these companies a machine - tooled if desired – with training and instruction on setup and operation.
Some manufacturers want more. Here we offer a ‘turnkey system’ which typically includes:
- A selected machine for a family of parts. In some cases, a work cell of two or more machines required to finish a part
- Tool design and manufacturing
- Product development on our site including run off and part approval
- Training of machine operators
